Uneven towel bar 17.JPG

These towel bars are five feet apart in my kitchen. As can be seen from the photos, one is 14.5 inches above the counter-top and the other is 17 inches above the counter-top. They are obviously, seriously mismatched.

Photos 3 AND 4 . ... Are photos of the handrails at the top of my steps. As can be seen, they too are seriously misaligned. ... Also the work of Timothy McConnell.

Photos number 5 and 6 are of work done by Kevin Schwartz'

employee, Bryan Knudtsen.

When I saw this mismatched color of caulking on my tile, I asked Bryan:

"What happened, did you run out of the right color grout mix?"

He just grinned and said: "Oh, this will cover right up with the

right color caulking." ... Then he left.

That was the last day he worked here.

I called Kevin Schwartz and asked him to come fix this caulking.

He said: "Oh, I will, but it won't be any time soon." ... I thought he was just busy and it would be a couple weeks.

Nine months later, I happened to run into him at a meeting. I said: "Hey, when  are you going to come fix that caulking?" His answer::"Oh, when I get around to it."

At that point, I had had enough of this attitude and went and spoke to a friend of his who was also at the meeting. His friend prevailed upon him to come fix the caulking, and he did.

However, I have asked him and his crew multiple times to come fix the other issues pictured in photos 1-4 and they have never done so. ... It's going on three years now.

His phone number is/was: (603) 664-5912

Bryan Knudtsen also totally ignored the design on the tiles he placed in my bathroom floor. He placed the tiles in a totally "willy-nilly" manner, with no attempt to coordinate the pattern at all.''

I placed "stickers" on the floor to show where the predominant design on each tile is. As can be seen, there is no pattern (or logic) to the placement of the tiles.

Photo 9. I keep a throw rug in the bathroom to cover up part of the "willy nilly" tile design!

Photo 10: This is a photo of the medicine cabinets in this bathroom. The cabinets should have been aligned under the strip lights, instead of being placed off-center as they are.

Photo 11: When standing in front of the sink, you cannot see yourself in the mirror, because the medicine cabinet frame is in front of your face. ... If the medicine cabinets had been properly aligned under the lights, this would not have been a problem.

If I were a man, who was shaving over this sink, and also wanted to see my face in the mirror as I shaved, it would simply not be possible to do both at the same time.
